Here you can see my reviews of books, movies, and so on. Note that, as a policy, I try NEVER to give away the ending.

Many of these reviews are actually part of my Star Wars mini-site. When that is the case, they will be marked by a miniature Death Star icon. Clicking those links will bring you to the review in the Star Wars mini-site.

Oh, and one comment: you probably won't see anything get a low score here. I generally only feel like reviewing games that I actually like... but hopefully, the writing within will still be helpful if you ever need a good recommendation!

Enjoy!

Books

Code Name Ginger An excellent book about the creation of Dean Kamen's Segway Human Transporter.

Einstein's Dreams A thought-provoking book that delves into how time may flow in other worlds.

Star Wars: The Approaching Storm Just before the events of Episode II, Obi-Wan and Anakin travel to the backwater planet of Ansion to settle a border dispute that turns out to be much more than they bargained for.

Star Wars: Hand of Thrawn Duology Fifteen years after Return of the Jedi, the New Republic is on the brink of Civil War -- with a dead Imperial warlord making matters even worse. Read my review here.

Star Wars: Shatterpoint Taking place between Episodes II and III, Mace Windu travels back to his home planet in search of his former apprentice, Depa Billaba.

Star Wars: Showdown at Centerpoint Take a space station bigger than either Death Star and capable of destroying any star in the galaxy at will, throw in a few power-hungry politicians, and you've got yourself a very interesting book!

Star Wars: The New Jedi Order -- Star by Star It has been twenty-five years since Luke blew up the first Death Star in the original Star Wars. The Empire is no longer a threat. An invading alien species known as the Yuuzhan Vong, however, most certainly is.

Star Wars: The New Jedi Order -- Enemy Lines Duology Coruscant has fallen, and the New Republic is determined to strike back at the Yuuzhan Vong.

Travels with Alice Read my review of this... uhh... moderately funny travel book.
